I am actually late on this post :( I was suppose to make it yesterday but for some reason I lost power for a couple of hours. My friend was over and we were going to have a Sloppy Joe cook-off and we lost power. Luckily I had my burner on, so I made my sloppy joes, and then she made hers...one at a time. They were both amazing and I will share both recipes with yall later-we call them adult and traditional versions.

I loved these beans-I could eat them plain, and in fact you only need a little sauce with them. If you are looking for a healthy side dish or snack that is delicious make these! This is also a fun way to get kids to eat their veggies!
Baked Green Bean Fries with Cool Sirachi Dip
Ingredients
1lb of washed green beans, trimmed
1 full egg + 1 egg white
1/2 cup bread crumbs (I prefer panko)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2-1 tsp garlic powder
1 container (about 1/2 cup) plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp sirachi (less if you don't like spicy)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Beat egg+egg white together and in a gallon sized plastic bag mix together until fully coated.
3. Mix together breadcrumbs, salt+pepper and garlic powder then pour into the bag and shake around until green beans are coated.
4. Spray a baking sheet and place beans in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes and then flip and turn and cook for 10 more minutes.
5. While the beans are cooking, mix the yogurt and sirachi together and put in fridge until ready to use.
Tips/Comments
-While cooking on the pan, I like to use a cookie cooling rack, it takes away the need for you to flip the green bean fries halfway through.
-If you want more crunch feel free to use more bread crumbs, however I was trying to keep these low calorie as possible, and I thought there was an appropriate amount of crunch
And humidity sucks...I went outside to take a picture of these and my camera immediately fogged up...fail.
